Ingredients  

 

  • Chocolate Ice cream – Dark  100 gr
  • Chantily cream*
  • Chocolate sauce*
  • Crushed sugar and caramelized nuts

 

Progression

 

  1. In an Arak glass, put a scoop of chocolate ice cream.
  2. Add over it a layer of Chantilly cream and chocolate sauce.
  3. Pour another scoop of ice cream without crushing it.
  4. Add a second layer of Chantilly cream and chocolate sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with the caramelized nuts or hazelnuts

Progression

Pour the water in a heavy pot add the sugar and bring to a boil.

Add the chocolate and stir until it melts

Add the cacao and stir

Add the Milk and stir

5

When homogenous, remove from fire and drain while hot.

Allow to cool, then store in fridge In closed box.
